ZirvanaPro is a sales CRM platform that helps businesses capture leads, manage pipelines, schedule appointments, and track sales activity. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to spam or harass users, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time and request deletion upon account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
